How long do I have access to live streams for?
This will vary depending on the show. In many cases shows will be available for at least 12 months afterwards, however some shows will have a shorter expiry period. We will note in the show description and in our reminder email the expiry date of any video that has a shorter window for viewing.
Do I have to have an account to access my shows?
Yes. When you purchase a live stream or video on demand show from SOS Presents, you will be asked to create an account. You will need to log in to this account to access your video content
The live stream I bought isn't showing up in my account?
If you are trying to access the permanent version of the stream shortly after the original live stream has ended you maybe need to wait 2-3 hours before the on demand version is available. If you are having trouble accessing a stream or video on demand you have purchased outside those hours please email us at email@example.com.
I can't remember my account details!
If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the Forgot Password link. Your username should be the email you received your order receipt to. If you get really stuck please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get back to you as soon as possible, but please note that this email is generally only monitored during Australian office hours.
Will you send me a reminder when my live stream purchases are about to start?
We will send a reminder to everyone approximately 3 hours before the live show is about to start. This is not an automated system - we do this manually. Anyone who has purchased a ticket before we send the email will be reminded. Anyone who buys a ticket within 3 hours of the show starting, will not. However the receipt email you receive when purchasing your live stream will contain the same information as the reminder email.
